A Fabulous Wedding Awaits You
My goal is to help you have the wedding you've always dreamed of by offering a ceremony that reflects and expresses the unique personality and values of your relationship. A ceremony that you and your guests will feel the sacred significance of, as well as the delight and joy.
This is your day, a day like no other, and you deserve to have it be everything you dream of and more! Your relationship is important enough to declare a commitment to the world, so let that which is said and done during the ceremony reflect how deeply you feel.
Stress-free wedding planning begins now
Your engagement is a special time that you should enjoy to the fullest. Don't spend it stressing out about your wedding details. We'll discuss all your ideas at length, then design a ceremony with a variety of options for you to consider. When you give me the go-ahead, we'll make it happen, keeping you updated regularly, of course. You can just sit back and relax, knowing the most important aspect of your wedding, the ceremony itself, is taken care of.
Types of Ceremonies
More than simply a uniting of two people, a marriage is a dialogue between two perspectives and spiritual ideas about life. Here are some examples of the types of ceremonies I can offer, but there are many more possibilities!
Interfaith
Interfaith ceremonies involve the incorporation of more than one tradition in the spiritual foundation or tone of the service. For example, perhaps the groom is Jewish and the bride is Christian; or the bride is Protestant and the groom is Catholic, and the possibilities go on. Love crosses all boundaries of belief and perspective. However, to truly start a marriage off on the right foot, it is best to honor that which both parties bring to the relationship. Where there is love between two people, there is a way to create a religious or spiritual bridge between them.
Nondenominational Christian
Christian ceremonies span a wide range from conservative and traditional to something more free-form. The common denominator is the inclusion of a Christian based belief system, in some form, into the ceremony. This can be as simple as a reference to a bible passage or the recognition of God and/or Jesus.
Non-religious or Spiritual
For those who either do not have a religious background, or who have consciously left any religious affiliation, we can create a ceremony based on the core shared values of each person. If there is a affinity to the spiritual side of life, there is so much that can be built into a ceremony. Many times, a couple may borrow pieces of meaningful rituals and concepts from a particular religion, or they may find their own. Imagination is the limit.
